That's Better

Sometimes getting the darkness out of your heart and mind is all that's needed to start shifting things.

Thanks for your words of encouragement and support. They are much appreciated.

Normal creative programming will resume shortly. Well, that's what I'm aiming for anyway. I'm going to use the 'fake it till you make it' approach if it doesn't happen of it's own accord.

  7. I read your previous post and was so touched by what you had to say and the lovely responses too! It's very hard to keep your eye on your goals as we are distracted by lifes challenges, emotions & vagaries....However you HAVE kept your eye on the bigger picture and that is truly marvellous..I hope you have an inspiration board of what is to come for you...it's a great journey your on and I'm pleased to read your feeling better!

  12. You're not alone in this fog . . . I'm right here, too. Thanks for extending your hand for help because, in doing that, you touched mine . . . and I so dearly needed that. (((hugs)))

  14. Are you by any chance on antidepressants? I was on Lexapro 10 mg. and after a year realized that they had made me emotionally beige and decimated my creativity. With my doc's help I am now off them and feel tons better. My writing is back making me excited and my knitting is going well. Sometimes antidepressants do the opposite. I'm pulling for you to come out of your funk.
