This is one of those things. It's like Betsy. I just have to have him. I'm going to try real hard to save my pennies so he can be mine. All mine. Yes, me wants the pretty.
I have an older EOS 350D and I can't imagine life without her. For the blog though, I tend to use Craig's little digital. I love depth-of-field, but the EOS gives me a tad too much for little pictures.
I hope your pennies, nickels and dimes add up quickly.
ah the digital SLR .. still not sure, they are just so big, but they do take great pics ... I still love film though, i like the surprises you get ... like paying 24 dollars for developing and finding our only 3 frames worked!!
I love my canon 40D and my son has the 450D - fantastic - make sure you get the 50 m lens to go with it (that lens is really cheap compared to the rest of them but brilliant for closeups and portraits)

ReplyDeleteOhhh... once you go digital slr, it's hard to go back. Good luck with the saving and hope you get one soon!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you. However Ms Practicality rears her head all the time and says "it would be too heavy to carry around - keep with the little one". Grrrr.
ReplyDeleteIt's my 40th this year. I think I should treat myself.
i love my canon rebel
ReplyDeleteit is the only camera i use now & i am used to the size
save, save, SAVE!
This looks like the camera I'll be buying to "stimulate the economy" if you catch my drift... :)
ReplyDeleteThis time last week my new canon arrived! There are so many buttons we're still getting acquainted, but so far it's going very well :)
ReplyDeleteSo your lust is well justified in my opinion ;)
