*I used Julie Goodwin's recipe from 'The Heart of the Home' and it worked perfectly. The most fluffy, delicious hot cross buns ever. I'll never buy them again. You can find an adapted recipe, and lots of other amazing recipes and photos, over at tea for six. Thanks Kitty for sending me in the right direction.
