My fabulous destroyed cowl from Myrtle & Eunice. Oh how I love it. I don't want to take it off. In fact I haven't really, apart from when I sleep.
Mondo Beyondo. I wrote a new Mondo Beyondo list the other day choc full of big dreams. How I love to dream big dreams. I think I'm going to sign up for the new Mondo Beyondo Dream Lab as well.
Flying Lessons with Kelly Rae Roberts. It started today and I can already tell it's going to be great. I'm going to create an e-course someday. About writing the contents of your heart.
Exercise. I'm learning how to run. I know, it sounds a bit weird. Like, what do you need to learn? Don't you just do it (that's certainly what Nike suggested!)? Maybe it's better to say I'm practicing running with the intent of being able to run for periods of time. And I'm getting better at it too.
Seeing my incredible creative friends launch themselves into their creative dreams. It's inspiring in the very best kind of ways.
Lookin' good, love the cowl! And note to self: the cowl seems like a good design for not being strangled by a clingy child.
ReplyDeleteToday I'm diggin' a book with a section on mythical blacksmiths. And I'm diggin' your blog, lady, woooo!
I'm also diggin' a bit too much sugar and caffiene in the form of a popular cola drink.
I'm digging your look there Miss C!
ReplyDeletealso digging that I went to Savers for their 50% off sale & found a very cool skirt & gotta love my endless cup of tea aswell.
happy day to you sweet girl
♥
you look great girl - love you hair!!
ReplyDeletethe E-Course sounds like fun...let us know how you go!
Hooray for diggin' the cowl! And for learning how to run. There's a lot to be said for running. With and without a cowl.
ReplyDeleteI'm digging my Sheeps Clothing scarflette too! It's been so cold, I've been wearing it everywhere I go... right now I'm diggin' my cup of tea.
ReplyDeleterunning ? Like actual running? ...I wouldn't know where to start.
ReplyDeleteI'm digging the cowl and the curls!
Haha, you've made everyone use the word 'digging'. Now I sound like a copier, as I did your hair and look, too. Today i'm diggin' not feeling crap, and generally being able to get out of bed! The rest is a bonus....
ReplyDeleteI'm digging being back in the quilting / creative groove once more.
ReplyDeleteOh and your e-course sounds great - I'd definitely be keen on that one!
The vibe of happiness is lovely. Such a great feel to it, glad you have found your words again.
ReplyDeleteHey you, catching up on my blog reading and its wonderful to see you feeling better and positive. Love your hair and the vintage scarflette.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could say I was digging the exercise but I am not. I am doing it but it could in no way be considered fun. It's just a way to fight off encroaching old age.
ReplyDeleteI'm digging our warm, sunny weather and wearing fewer clothes which means less laundry!
I am diggin a day off today. With a morning of swimming lessons for Busy and an afternoon of sewing for me maybe... hopefully
ReplyDeleteyou look absolutely beautiful and radiant! xoxo AM
ReplyDeleteThankyou for thinking I am one who launches into my creative dreams. I too think you are a launcher who constantly follows her heart. It's very exciting to see where it takes us sometimes ( : Beautiful cowl, great doo and running.....my hats off to yah
ReplyDeleteYou're just freaking awesome... I love the learning to run. I think about that too but really just hate running. And it sounds like you have a whole bunch of other fabulousness going on. <3
ReplyDeleteI'm digging that fab hair cut you're sporting, your plans to start an e-course and the blog of your friend FINKI =-)
ReplyDeleteand i'm also digging this is a four-day week for me! ;)
i love the new hair cathy!!! just fabulous. and i know what you mean about learning to run. there are so many things about it, mistakes you'll make, and little tricks for motivation. winter sounds nice. its so hot here....97 degrees!!! not good running weather....love your post, love you!! hugs galore!!
ReplyDeleteI love that cowl! and I am looking forward to reading about your adventures with Kelly Rae's e-course. I am digging so many new friendships. x
ReplyDeleteA brilliant cowl - the colour suits you well. I love the scarflett - just popped over to etsy to take a looksee - I could have used with one of those over the winter - a cowl is good, but when wearing a v neck top one's chest feels the chill. Mind you with the coolness and dampness of today at 17 deg I need one on again! Can I believe it was 36 deg (almost 100F) in the back yard yesterday?... cry bawl, I hate the british weather!!!! ;)
ReplyDeletePS I agree that one has to learn the technique of running... the way some people (don't) run looks just painful and pointless - isn't it to get from a to b a little bit faster?! Te he!
