It's Me, I'm The Problem

Secret Message

You know those times when it feels like the world is closing in on you, where everyone seems grumpy and rushed. I found myself wondering today what on earth was going on in the world that was making it all so dark and gloomy.

I laughed when I realised that it was me. That I'm feeling dark and gloomy. I've been bumping heads with people, feeling out of sorts, feeling grumpy and rushed.

Not much else to report here. As they say, this too shall pass.

Do you know I haven't seen any {messages from the universe} anywhere lately? That's why I love popping over to the Flickr group to see what other people are finding, like the great shot above from Stella.

Join up. Share your finds. We can all use an inspirational word every now and then

  1. That's one of my favorite ones so far! And if you go go bighappybuddha.com, you can have an inspirational thought sent to you every day. Some days they hit just the right spot and I think about them all day.

  4. I always forget to look for the messages and when I remember I am at work and see things that are not appropriate to repeat. (you know...high school kids, high school boys...they love the written messages, just not the ones i like!)

  7. Love that photo and definitely have to agree with it. It's something that I have come around to realising myself in the past few months. I'm now working on the insides in the hope that more and extending happiness will eventuate on the outside.
Best of luck for getting your head on straight and on a track you like.

  9. Too true...I've been struggling with waiting for 'the right time' over the last few months: the right time to quit work, the right time to exercise regularly, the right time to do all the things i need to do for my health, the right time to eat well...I'm learning the hard way that there is no such thing. I am suitably medicated such that I will probably never hit rock bottom but can swim along the bottom for quite some time. I've been thinking about meditation. Sounds odd as my body and soul need to be energised, but I'm thinking it might be thing to give me the inner spirit to take the steps I need to...fingers crossed for youxx
