I'm Taking A Moment

of quiet reflection
  • to block out the hype and the media frenzy
  • to let the stories of those who have lost be truly at the centre of this tragedy
  • to let the palpable energy of this disaster inhabit my space
  • to send all my healing energy and thoughts to every living thing that needs them right now

  6. We follow it here in the north but at such a remove. I can't imagine how hard it would be to turn off the hype for just a little while.
